Holidays Around the World presents diversity Afro-Caribbean, Hispanic, Latin cultures through Music, Spanish language, Geography and History.

Afro-Latin orchestra promotes diversity musicians and showcased the music from the Greater Antilles (Puerto Rico, Cuba & Dominican Republic)and band are from Venezuela, Cuba, Puerto Rico, and from the US).

Introduction and incorporates geography, Spanish language and history. The Afro-Caribbean instruments (ie. Bongo, congas, timbales, guiro, guira, maracas, tambora) are showcased. The origin, materials and function of these instruments are detailed and explained.

Incorporates the performing various rhythms such as the Cuban chacha, the Dominican Republic’s merengue and Puerto Rico’s plena.
Afro-Caribbean music, rhythms, and culture such as Salsa, Merengue, Cha-cha, Bomba, Plena and Latin Jazz your students will never forget!
